RHC Sukuk 1 Ltd - Series 4 & Series 5 National Ratings of 'saA-' Affirmed with a Stable Outlook

Capital Intelligence Ratings (CI Ratings or CI) today announced that it has affirmed the 'saA-' Issue Ratings on the Saudi Arabia National Scale assigned to both the Series 4 SAR500mn and Series 5 SAR523mn Sukuk issues by RHC Sukuk 1 Ltd. The Outlook on the ratings remains Stable. As the issuer is a special-purpose vehicle (SPV) with no other functions or activities apart from the issue of Sukuk, the credit analysis is mostly based on the Obligor, Rawabi Holding Company (RHC), but also considers the structural features of the Sukuk programme.
