Ratings of Alpha Bank S.A. (now Alpha Services and Holdings S.A.) Withdrawn; Ratings Assigned to the New Alpha Bank S.A. Following Completion of Demerger

Overview

Capital Intelligence Ratings (CI Ratings or CI) today announced that it has withdrawn the ratings of Alpha Bank S.A., which has been converted into a holding company and renamed Alpha Services and Holdings S.A. (ASH). ASH is no longer a credit institution following the hive down and demerger of its core banking activities and banking license into the new wholly-owned subsidiary Alpha Bank SA (AB), which was completed on 19 April 2021.
