'BBB-' Provisional Rating Assigned to National Industries Group's Proposed KWD30mn Five-year Bond

Capital Intelligence Ratings (CI Ratings or CI), the international credit rating agency, today announced that it has assigned an initial provisional rating of 'BBB-' to the upcoming KWD30mn senior unsecured bond issue by National Industries Group (NIG). The Outlook on the rating is Stable. The ratings will become final once the Issue Manager has confirmed that the terms and conditions of the issue are final.
