National Rating on USD137mn Sukuk Issued by Tilal Sukuk Company Affirmed at 'omA+'

Overview

Capital Intelligence Ratings (CI Ratings or CI), the international credit rating agency,  today announced that it has affirmed the Oman National Scale rating of 'omA+' for the USD137mn trust certificates (Sukuk) issued by Tilal Sukuk Company Ltd, a Cayman Islands-registered special purpose vehicle (SPV) established by Tilal Development Company SAOC (TDC) based in Oman. The Outlook for the rating is Stable.
