Turkey’s Sovereign Ratings Downgraded; Outlook Remains Negative’
Overview
Capital Intelligence Ratings (CI Ratings or CI), the international credit rating agency, today announced that it has downgraded Turkey's Long-Term Foreign Currency and Local Currency Ratings to 'BB-' from 'BB+'. At the same time, CI Ratings has affirmed the sovereign's Short-Term Foreign and Local Currency Ratings at 'B'. The Outlook for the ratings remains 'Negative'.
