Capital Intelligence Ratings (CI Ratings or CI), the international credit rating agency, announced today that it has affirmed Commercial Bank's (Cb - formerly known as Commercial Bank of Qatar) Financial Strength Rating (FSR) at 'BBB+' with a 'Stable' Outlook.
