Capital Intelligence Ratings (CI Ratings), the international credit rating agency, today announced that it has raised the Financial Strength Rating (FSR) of Alpha Bank (AB) to 'B-' with a 'Stable' Outlook from 'C+' with a 'Negative' Outlook.
