ING Vysya Bank - Ratings Affirmed and Withdrawn Following its Takeover by Kotak Mahindra Bank
Overview
Capital Intelligence (CI), the international credit rating agency, today announced that it is withdrawing all the ratings for ING Vysya Bank (IVB) since it has been taken over by Kotak Mahindra Bank (KMB), one of the larger Indian private sector banks, effective 1 April 2015 after regulatory approvals were received.
