Metropolitan Bank and Trust Company - Financial Strength Rating Upgraded; All Other Ratings Affirmed
Overview
Capital Intelligence (CI), the international credit rating agency, today announced that in view of Metropolitan Bank and Trust Company (Metrobank)'s improving financial profile in the periods under review - and notwithstanding the dipped in earnings in H1 2014 - the Bank's Financial Strength Rating (FSR) is upgraded from 'BBB-' to 'BBB'.
