Rawabi Holding Company – Rating of SAR379mn Series 2 Sukuk Withdrawn Following Repayment

Capital Intelligence Ratings (CI Ratings or CI) today announced that it has withdrawn the National Scale Issue Rating of 'saA' with a Stable Outlook assigned to Rawabi Holding Company (RHC) SAR379mn Series 2 Sukuk. The rating withdrawal follows repayment of the Sukuk on 28 July 2025.
