Ratings Assigned to Bidaya Home Finance Company Senior Unsecured Sukuk 2nd Tranche of SAR150mn; Ratings for the 1st Tranche of SAR300mn Also Affirmed

Capital Intelligence Ratings (CI Ratings or CI) today announced that it has assigned a National Scale Rating of 'saA-' to the SAR150mn Senior Unsecured Sukuk issued by Bidaya Home Finance (BHF) under its SAR1bn sukuk issuance programme. The Outlook for the rating is Stable. At the same time, CI Ratings has affirmed the National Scale Rating of 'saA-' with a Stable Outlook for the SAR300mn Senior Unsecured Sukuk issued by BHF under the same programme that is repayable in December 2021.
