Alawwal Bank - Ratings Withdrawn Following Merger with Saudi British Bank

Capital Intelligence Ratings (CI Ratings or CI), the international credit rating agency, today announced that it has withdrawn the ratings of Alawwal Bank (Alawwal) following its merger with Saudi British Bank (SABB). The affected ratings are listed below. Alawwal ceased to exist as a legal entity on 15 June 2019, with SABB becoming the merged entity's legal successor in all its rights and obligations.
