First-Time Ratings Assigned to Tilal Sukuk Ltd's USD250mn Issue

Overview

Capital Intelligence Ratings (CI Ratings or CI), the international credit rating agency, announced today that it has assigned an initial rating on the Oman National Scale of 'omA+' for the forthcoming USD250mn Sukuk issued by Tilal Sukuk, a Caymans Islands-registered  SPV. The Outlook for the Sukuk is 'Stable'.
