Capital Intelligence Ratings (CI Ratings or CI), the international credit rating agency, announced today that it has affirmed United Gulf Bank's (UGB) Long- and Short-Term Foreign Currency Ratings (FCRs) at 'BBB' and 'A3', respectively.
