Capital Intelligence Ratings (CI Ratings or CI), the international credit rating agency, today announced that it has affirmed Investbank's (IB) Long- and Short-Term Foreign Currency Ratings (FCRs) at 'BB-' and 'B', respectively, with a 'Negative' Outlook.
