Capital Intelligence Ratings (CI Ratings or CI), the international credit rating agency, today announced that it has lowered the Long-Term Foreign Currency Rating (FCR) of Union Bancaire pour le Commerce et l'Industrie (UBCI) to 'BB-' from 'BB'.
