Capital Intelligence Ratings (CI Ratings or CI), the international credit rating agency, today announced that it has downgraded the Financial Strength Rating (FSR) of Shanghai Pudong Development Bank Company Limited (SPDB) by one notch to 'BBB-' from 'BBB'.
