Banka Celje - Ratings Lowered and Withdrawn
Overview
Capital Intelligence (CI), the international credit rating agency, today announced that it has lowered Banka Celje's (BC) Financial Strength Rating (FSR) to 'B' from 'BB-' in view of the inadequate capital ratio, the very weak asset quality, the expectation of continued net losses, and the uncertainty created by the merger project with Abanka.
