Bank for Investment and Development of Vietnam Financial Strength Rating Upgraded to ‘B+’

Capital Intelligence (CI), the international credit rating agency, today announced that it has affirmed Hanoi-based Bank for Investment and Development of Vietnam (BIDV)'s Foreign Currency Long-Term and Short-Term ratings at B+ and B, respectively, with a 'Stable' Outlook.
