Chang Hwa Commercial Bank’s Ratings Upgraded

Overview

Capital Intelligence (CI), the international credit rating agency, announced today that it has upgraded Chang Hwa Commercial Bank's (CHB) Foreign Currency Long-Term Rating to 'bbb' from 'bbb-', underpinned by the significant improvement in loan quality, strong rebound in net profit since 2010 and comfortable liquidity.
